北方寒地不同品种及生长期玉米须多糖含量比较研究

摘  要:
收集了黑龙江省垦区主栽的7个品种玉米的玉米须,对不同品种玉米须的乳熟期和生长期的多糖含量分别进行了测定。结果表明,不同品种玉米须在乳熟期阶段的多糖含量存在极显著差异,其中德美亚1号玉米须多糖最高,为6.26%;成熟期阶段较乳熟期阶段的多糖含量下降,存在极显著差异,其中海玉7号下降幅度最大,成熟期较乳熟期下降了8倍。

摘  要:
The author collected the main planted 7 varieties of corn silk in the reclmation area of Heilongjiang province,determined the content of polysaccharide different varieties of corn silk in milk ripe stage and the growth stage respectively.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of different maize varieties in milk ripe stage was significantly different,and Meyer 1 Corn Silk polysaccharide was highest,which was 6.26 %.Compared with milk ripe stage,the polysaccharide content in mature stage decreased,and there was significant difference,among the sea 7 declined largest,mature stage decreased 8 times than milk ripe stage.
