玉米须黄酮超声波提取工艺优化及数学模拟

摘  要:
采用正交试验的方法优化了玉米须黄酮的超声波提取工艺,同时对提取进行了数学模拟。试验结果表明,优化的超声波提取工艺条件为:以50 %的乙醇为提取剂,料液比(g ︰ mL)1 ︰ 84,提取温度 75 ℃ ,超声波提取时间75 min。此条件下,玉米须黄酮提取率可达1.51 %。与加热浸提法相比,提取时间缩短了25%,提取率提高了约20 %。超声波提取的数学模拟值与试验结果基本吻合。

摘  要:
With an orthogonal experiment, ultrasonic extraction of com silk flavonoids was optimized, meanwhile mathematic simulation was done. The results showed that, the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were: 50% ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid 1:84 (g:mL), the extracting temperature 75℃ and the extracting time 75 min. In these conditions, the extracting rate of flavonoids was 1.51%. Compared with the tradition water extraction method, the extraction time shortens by 25%, the extraction rate increases by about 20%. Mathematical simulation values based on ultrasonic extraction were consistent with experiment values.
