高效液相色谱法测定浓香型白酒中乳酸的含量

摘  要:
[目的]建立测定浓香型白酒中乳酸含量的HPLC方法。[方法]采用Agilent SB-C18柱(4.6×150 mm~2,5μm)色谱柱,0.005 mol/L H2SO4溶液为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长210 nm,柱温35℃,进样量20μL。[结果]乳酸在1~12 mg/m L的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(R2=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.36%(RSD=0.066%),最低检出限为0.009 mg/m L。[结论]此方法准确、简便、快速,适用于浓香型白酒中乳酸的含量测定。

摘  要:
[Objective]To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the lactic acid content in Chinese strong aromatic spirits.[Methods]An Agilent SB-C18 column(4.6×150 mm~2,5 μm) was used with sulfate acid as the mobile phase at a concentration of 0.005 mol/L. The flow rate was 1.0m L/min and the detection wave length was 210 nm.The temperature of the column was 35 ℃ and the sample amount was 20 μL.[Results]There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of lactic acid within 1 ~12 mg/m L and the peak area(R2=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was99.36%(RSD =0.066%).The lowest detection limit was 0.009 mg/m L. [Conclusion]This method could be accurate,simple,quick and suitable for the determination of lactic acid in Chinese strong aromatic spirits.
