摘  要:
试验选用 4种不同的蒜苔保鲜袋分别对山东苍山及黑龙江阿城蒜苔进行了贮藏试验。装量为 15 kg及 2 0 kg。以普通聚乙烯袋做对照 ,通过对贮藏过程中各袋内气体组成的测定 ,确定了合理的放风时间 ,并从中筛选出一种最佳的蒜苔气调保鲜袋

摘  要:
Cangshan garlic sprouts from Shan Dong Province and Acheng Garlic sprouts from Heilongjiang Province were used as storage experimental materials using four kinds of garlic sprouts storage pouches,which could load 15 kg or 20 kg,and control test was carried out using usual high pressure polythene pouches.The rational outgassing time was determined by testing the gas compositions of different pouches in the course of storage,and the best garlic sprouts was chosen from these pouches.$$$$
