摘  要:
[目的]优选白英生物碱的最佳超声提取工艺条件。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,选择超声时间、温度、料液比为自变量,以生物碱提取率为响应值,采用中心组合设计的方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对生物碱提取率的影响。利用响应面分析方法,模拟得到二次回归方程的预测函数,并确定白英生物碱提取工艺的最适条件。[结果]最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间53 min、温度65℃、料液比1∶20(g/ml)、提取2次;在此条件下,生物碱提取率达0.308%。[结论]该方法优选了白英生物碱的最佳超声提取工艺条件,为白英的进一步开发利用提供了依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions for the ultrasonic extraction of alkaloids from NIGHTSHADE. Based on single factor test,the ultrasonic time,temperature and solid-liquid ratio were selected as the independent variables.With the extraction rate of alkaloids as the response value,Central Composite Design was adopted to research on the effects of independent variables and their overlapping effects on the extraction rate of alkaloids.Predictive function of quadratic regression equation was obtained by response surface method.And the optimal extraction condition for alkaloids from NIGHTSHADE was obtained.[Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 53 min extraction time,65 ℃ extraction temperature,1∶ 20(g/ml) solid-liquid ratio,and 2 extraction times.Under this condition,the extraction rate of alkaloids from NIGHTSHADE reached 0.308%.[Conclusion] The optimal extraction condition for alkaloids from NIGHTSHADE was obtained,which provided references for the further development and utilization of NIGHTSHADE.
