氯化钾胁迫对黄独带芽茎段生长发育的影响

摘  要:
以黄独试管苗带芽茎段为材料,研究了KCl对黄独带芽茎段生长发育的影响。结果表明:KCl对叶片数增加的最佳浓度为0.1~0.5 g/L,芽数和根数增加的最佳浓度是0.5 g/L,对芽长和根长的最佳浓度是0.1 g/L。

摘  要:
The influences of different concentrations of KCl on growth and development of stems with a bud of Dioscorea bulbifera L.were studied.The results showed that the optimum concentration of KCl for increase of leaf number is 0.1~0.5 g/L,for increase of bud number and root number is 0.5 g/L,for increase of bud length and root length is 0.1 g/L.
