陕西苹果浓缩汁生产的发展对策及新技术

摘  要:
概述了陕西苹果及苹果浓缩汁的生产和贸易状况,指出陕西果汁生产虽然自然条件优越,但由于生产无组织,市场意识淡薄,没有形成规模。为此,提出了调整苹果品种,保证品质,为果汁生产提供优质原料果的建议。同时,介绍了与果汁加工有关的3种新技术。

摘  要:
This paper investigated the status of concentrated ciders production and trade in Shanxi province within the recent years; the authors pointed out that, in spite of natural advantage, production scale was not formed because of the absence of market conception. The innovation must be done in adjustment of apple varieties, quality to provide better materials for juice production. Three new technologies related to juice process and their application foreground were introduced.
