L-肉碱对异育银鲫生长、肌肉组成和血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:
以异育银鲫为试验对象,研究L-肉碱对其生长、肌肉组成和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加L-肉碱均不同程度提高异育银鲫平均尾重,其中200mg·kg-1组增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,200mg·kg-1组肌肉水分含量显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),200mg·kg-1(P<0.05)和250mg·kg-1(P<0.01)组粗脂肪含量显著降低;L-肉碱可提高异育银鲫生长激素含量,200mg·kg-1组比对照组高11.32%(P<0.05);150mg·kg-1组的血清总胆固醇(CHO)和尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),200mg·kg-1和250mg·kg-1组降幅达到极显著水平(P<0.01);L-肉碱还可在一定程度上改善鱼体肌肉氨基酸含量和组成。研究表明,L-肉碱可促进异育银鲫生长,提高饲料转化率,改善鱼体质量风味,添加量以200mg·kg-1的效果最好。

摘  要:
The effects of L -carnitine on the growth performance, blood biochemical indices and muscle amino acid composition of Allogynogentic crucian carp were studied in this paper. The results indicated that adding L-carnitine in feed could improve the average weight in different levels. The 200 mg·kg-1 group were significantly higher than the control (P< 0.05). Compared with the control (0 mg·kg-1),the muscle moisture in the 200 mg·kg-1 group reduced obviously (P<0.05), the crude protein raised prominent (P<0.05); and the crude fat of the 200 mg·kg-1(P<0.05) and 250 mg·kg-1(P<0.01) group decreased remarkable. The increase of growth hormone (GH)(11.32%,P<0.05) in the 200 mg·kg-1 group induced by L- carnitine was also observed. The total cholesterol of Blood serum (CHO) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were decreased significantly in the 150 mg·kg-1 group (P<0.05), especially in 200 and 250 mg·kg-1 groups (P<0.01). The effects of L- carnitine on the content and composition of muscle amino acid were not notable (P>0.05). In conclusion, L-carnitine could improve the growth performance of Allogynogentic crucian carp, the feed utilization and the quality flavor of muscle, especially at the level of 200 mg·kg-1.
