林蛙皮多肽对大鼠皮肤激光损伤的修复作用

摘  要:
拟检测林蛙皮多肽对大鼠皮肤激光损伤的修复作用及初步探索其作用途径。用激光照射大鼠背部皮肤,采用不同浓度林蛙皮多肽处理创面,观察其形态学变化,统计创面愈合率;检测Flg(参与表皮屏障功能建立的重要蛋白质之一)和Krt-14 mRNA(参与形成上皮细胞的细胞骨架)的差异。结果表明:第3、6天,低浓度(10 mg/m L)林蛙皮多肽作用组大鼠激光损伤皮肤愈合率显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),第6天,低浓度林蛙多肽作用组大鼠创伤皮肤中Flg的表达量是阴性对照组的1.908倍(P<0.000 1),Krt-14的表达量是阴性对照组的1.453倍(P<0.000 1)。这表明10 mg/m L林蛙皮多肽对大鼠激光损伤皮肤有修复作用,可能是通过促进损伤细胞中Flg和Krt-14 mRNA表达量的增加而发挥修复作用的。

摘  要:
This study was to detect repair effect of Rana skin polypeptides on rat skin laser injury and to explore preliminarily its effect path. Dorsal skin of rats was irradiated with laser,different concentrations of polypeptide were used to treat Rana skin wounds,morphological changes were observed,and wound healing rate was statistically surveyed; Flg( one of the major proteins involved in the establishment of epidermal barrier function) and Krt-14 mRNA( cell cytoskeleton involved in the formation of epithelial cells) levels were detected; As a result,on the first 3 to 6 days,healing rate of rat skin with laser-induced damage in low-concentration( 10 mg / m L) Rana skin polypeptide effect group was significantly higher than that of the negative control group( P < 0. 05),on the first6 days,the role of low-concentration Rana polypeptide expression level of rat skin wound Flg is1. 908 times that of the negative control group( P < 0. 000 1),the expression level of Krt-14 is1. 453 times that of the negative control group( P < 0. 000 1). These results suggest that 10 mg / mL Rana skin polypeptides have repair effect on laser-induced damage of rat skin,and the repair effect may be realized by promoting Flg and Krt-14 mRNA expression levels of the injured cells.
