为了对野木瓜这一特色资源的进一步深层次开发利用提供参考,综述了野木瓜种质资源,活性成分和保健功效,介绍了野木瓜饮料、果脯、保健软糖、野木瓜酱菜等几种制品的制作方法。

The paper reviews germplasm resource,active composition and health function of Chaenomeles Cathayensis and introduces the processing technology of its drink,preserved fruit,health soft candy and pickles to provide a reference for further developing and utilizing the special resource of Chaenomeles Cathayensis.
