连翘酯苷在IBV感染雏鸡与正常雏鸡血浆中蛋白结合率的比较

摘  要：
建立连翘酯苷血浆蛋白结合率的测定方法,比较其在IBV感染雏鸡与正常雏鸡血浆中蛋白结合率的异同。采用超滤法和高效液相色谱法对连翘酯苷在雏鸡血浆中的蛋白结合率进行测定。结果表明,连翘酯苷血浆浓度为5、25、100μg/mL时,连翘酯苷与IBV感染雏鸡的血浆蛋白结合率分别为44.15%±0.33%,54.13%±3.06%和51.59%±2.99%,正常雏鸡的血浆蛋白结合率分别为55.93%±0.90%,61.64%±1.21%和55.58%±2.45%。连翘酯苷与雏鸡血浆有中等强度的蛋白结合率,且没有药物浓度依赖性,雏鸡感染IBV后,连翘酯苷的血浆蛋白结合率出现一定程度的降低。

摘  要：
To determine the plasma protein binding rates of forsythiaside A with sera in chicks infected with IBV and in normal chicks,the ultrafiltration method and HPLC were employed.At the concentration of 5,25,100 μg/mL of forsythiaside A,the plasma protein binding rates of forsythiaside A with sera in chicks infected with IBV were 44.15%±0.33%,54.13%±3.06%,51.59%±2.99% and with normal chick sera were 55.93%±0.90%,61.64%±1.21%,55.58%±2.45%,respectively.Forsythiaside A had a moderate binding capacity to plasma protein,and the binding rates were not dependent on plasma concentration.The binding rates were decreased proportionaly in chicks infected with IBV compared with that in normal chicks.
