摘  要:
用亚甲蓝分光光度法对市场上的蒸、烤、炸类面制品中阴离子合成洗涤剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠进行了测定研究。结果表明,当pH=7.5,乙醇浓度为50%,浸渍温度50℃、浸渍时间10min时,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的提取率最高。此方法测定面制品中阴离子合成洗涤剂的精密度和准确度均较好,能够满足实验要求,方法切实可行。

摘  要:
The content of negative ion synthetic detergent in flour products of braizing,baking and frying in market were determined by the methylene blue spectrophotometric method.Results showed that when pH was 7.5,ethanol concentration was 50% and soakage time was 10min in soakage temperature 50℃,the distilling raten of ABS was the most.Moreover,its precision and accuracy both could satisfy experimental request.This method was feasible.
