微切变-助剂互作技术与超微粉碎技术加工的鹿角盘粉保健功能研究

摘  要:
为了研究不同加工技术制备的鹿角盘粉末的保健功能,试验采用微切变-助剂互作技术和传统的超微粉碎技术处理鹿角盘,并研究鹿角盘微切助粉和超微粉对小鼠多种保健功能的影响。结果表明:鹿角盘具有提高小鼠机体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗炎、镇静、催眠的作用,且鹿角盘微切助粉的各种保健效果优于超微粉。说明不同的加工技术有助于推进鹿产业的发展,为鹿角盘的进一步合理利用提供科学依据。

摘  要:
To study the health functions of deer antler base powder prepared by different processing techniques,the auxiliary agents- mediated micro- shear technology and traditional ultrafine grinding technology were used to process the deer antler base. Several health functions of deer antler base powder prepared by these techniques were also investigated in mice. The results showed that deer antler base had many pharmacological functions; it could increase immunity,which had anti- fatigue,anti- inflammatory,sedative and hypnotic effects. And the various health effects of micro- shear assisted interaction powder of deer antler base were superior to its ultrafine powder. The results indicate that different processing techniques can contribute to promote the development of deer industry,providing a scientific basis for the further rational use of deer antler base.
