摘  要:
杜威作为有重大影响的教育理论家、教育实践家 ,其教育思想构成了一个庞大的理论大厦 ,其中也包含着丰富的职业教育思想。他认为 :职业是指任何形式的连续不断的活动 ,它与文化修养并非以往人们所认为的那种对立关系 ,而是一种被包含与包含的关系。职业教育的实施首先需要建立普通课程和职业课程并重的课程体系 ,其次需将课堂教学、实验室、工学更替制三者综合开展及以“从做中学”为原则进行作业训练 ,教师在此中也应时刻仔细观察儿童 ,走入儿童生活 ,灵活地进行职业指导。

摘  要:
As a significant educationist, John Dewey's educational thought constitues a huge theoretical building which contains abundant vocational education thought. He considered: vocation means any successive activity ,it and culture aren't antagonistic towards each other .However, the former belongs to the latter. The execution of vocational education depends on the formation of curricula system where the common and the vocation are emphased equally, the development of classes, laboratories and factories alternatively, and assignments on the base of " learning by doing ".Meanwhile ,teacher should observe students carefully so that gives them instruction flexibly.
