反相高效液相色谱法测定柑橘中磺胺二甲基嘧啶

摘  要:
建立了用反相高效液相色谱测定柑橘中磺胺二甲基嘧啶的方法。结果表明,磺胺二甲基嘧啶能得到较好地分离,用外标法定量,在0.8~15.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 0,检测限为12.6 ng/mL,方法可用于柑橘中磺胺二甲基嘧啶的测定。

摘  要:
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method for the separation and determination of the sulfamethazine was developed.External standard method was used and the calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of 0.8~15.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 0) for sulfamethazine.The detection limit was 12.6 ng/mL for sulfamethazine.Finally this method was applied for separating and determining sulfamethazinnum in citrus.
