摘  要:
食品生产的复杂性、经济利益集团及政府规制失灵等都制约了食品供应链的安全监管。针对现有食品安全监管模式在食品安全风险控制中存在的弊端,在分析食品供应链各组成环节及其相关关系的基础上,构建了食品供应链安全监管的系统动力学模型,并通过仿真确定监管的关键要素以及具体监管措施。

摘  要:
The complexity of food production, the economic benefit groups and the failure of government regulation all restrict the supervision of food supply chain's safety. Aimed at overcoming the drawbacks of the existing food safety regulatory ap- proach in the control of food safety risks, we build a system dynamics model of the supervision of food supply chain's safety by analyzing each related part of the food supply chain. Through simulation we attempt to define the key elements of the regulatory measures and provide a scientific basis for the formulation policy for food safety supervision
