摘  要:
S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)是生化反应中重要的甲基供体,它有三个重要代谢途径转甲基作用、转巯基化作用、参与多胺合成。SAM及SAM合成酶基因在茶树中可以参与咖啡因生物合成,并能对逆境中的茶树起保护作用。

摘  要:
S-adenosylmethionine(SAM)is an important methyl donor in biochemical reaction. It has three metabolic pathways: transmethylation,trans-sulfuration,polyamine synthesis.SAM and SAM synthase gene are involved in caffeine's biosynthesis in tea plant,and protect tea plant from the evironmenta stress.
