瓜尔豆胶对松浦镜鯉生长及排泄物水稳定性的影响

摘  要:
为研究瓜尔豆胶作为添加剂对饲料及肠道排泄物在水中稳定性的影响,本试验采用完全随机设计,对比 添加0.2%、0.3%、0.4%的瓜尔豆胶及普通饲料在浸泡过程中溶失率、饲料及肠道排泄物浸泡液中总氮、总磷、 C O D 含 量的差异,共分为4组,每组5个重复,试验期为60 d.结果表明添加瓜尔豆胶可降低饲料的溶失率,在5-1 5 min 时间段均符合添加量越多其数值越低,并在浸泡30min后趋于平稳.饲料在浸泡液中总氮、 C O D 含量分别在4 h 与 2 h 有差异(P 〈0.05),其最高添加量组比普通饲料分别低58.8%、22.6%.测定肠道排泄物在水中的zeta电位情况可 以看出,添加瓜尔豆胶可明显改善肠道排泄物在水中的稳定性,并且添加量越多其 zeta电位数值越低(P 〈 0.0 5 ), 0.4%瓜尔豆胶组较普通饲料低57%.综合各种指标可以看出,添加瓜尔豆胶可以提高饲料及排泄物在水中的稳定 性,降低其对环境的污染.

摘  要:
The test aimed to research the influences of guar gum as an additive on the stability of feed and intestinal excretion in water. The test lasted for 6 0 d , and completely randomized designowas applied in the test.The differences of dissolution rateotal nitrogen^tal phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand (COD) contents in the soaking process be-tween feed added with 0.2%,0 . 3 % and 0 . 4 % guar gum and ordinary were compared.There were 4 groups in total with each repeated for 5 times.The results showed that for the first 5 -15 min, the dissolution rate reduced with the guar gum level increased,and the value remains stable after the feed was soaked for 3 0 min.The content of total nitrogen and COD in the soaking water of the diet were different between 4 h and 2 h(P 〈 0.05) , and the highest addition group were 5 8 . 8 % and 22.6% lower than that of the common one.It could be found in the test of zeta potential that the guar gum could signif-icantly improve the stability of intestinal excretion in water, and with the addition of guar gum, the value of the zeta poten-tial was decreased (P 〈 0.05).The 0 . 4 % guar gum group was 5 7 % lower than the normal feed group.In conclusion, addi- tion of guar gum could increase stability of feed and intestinal excretion in water and reduce environment pollution.
