甘草黄酮类活性成分的化学转化研究

摘  要:
以甘草总黄酮提取物为原料,采用正交设计实验方案,在碱性条件下进行超声反应,以甘草苷及异甘草素的含量为指标,优化得到异甘草素的最佳转化条件为,加入碱的浓度为2.0 mol/L,甘草总黄酮提取物原料的质量浓度为30 g/L,在70℃下超声反应1.5 h。在此条件下,提取异甘草素的含量可达0.84%。该方法简单、易行,重复性好。

摘  要:
The chemical conversion conditions of glycyrrhiza flavonoids by ultrasonic extraction under alkaline using the extract of glycyrrhiza flavonoids as raw material were optimized by orthogonal design with the concentrations of liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin as the indices.The results showed that the best extraction conditions for isoliquiritigenin were as follows,the concentration of alkali was 2.0 mol/L;the concentration of raw material was 30 g/L;ultrasonic time was 1.5 h;and the extracting temperature was 70 ℃.Under the above conditions,the content of isoliquiritigenin reached 0.84%.The process was simple,easy,and reproducible.
