摘  要:
我国甘草资源丰富,具有较高的药用价值。主要对甘草黄酮的提取方法和抗氧化能力的测定方法进行了总结,分析比较了各自的优缺点,以期为进一步研究提供参考。

摘  要:
There are aboudant resuorces of licorice in China and it has high medical value.In this review,the extraction methods of licorice root flavone and determinatiaon methods of its antioxidant activity were summarized.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of these extraction methods were analyzed to provide reference for further research.
