甘草黄酮的提取分离及抗菌活性研究

摘  要:
利用超声波对甘草粗黄酮进行提取,并对提取工艺进行优化,进而得到其回归方程y=0.524+0.0722x1+0.128x2+0.011 1x12-0.224 4x22-0.072 2x1x2,最佳的提取条件为功率1 000W、温度40℃,时间70.5 min,甘草粉∶95%乙醇=1∶5.062(W/V)。并用生物自显影技术进行抗菌活性测定,采用甲苯∶氯仿∶丙酮=5∶5∶7的展开剂分离,最适培养时间为36h,贴板时间为12 h。试验以农业上常见的6种病害病菌为研究对象,结果测得其对黄瓜枯萎病病菌、水稻恶苗病病菌、小麦纹枯病病菌、辣椒疫病病菌4种病菌的抑菌效果明显。

摘  要:
The ultrasonic treatement is used to extract licorice flavonoids and the process has been simulated mathematically.The equation is as below: y=0.524+0.072 2x1+0.128x2+0.011 1x12-0.224 4x22-0.072 2x1x2.The best conditions for the extraction is ultrasonic power of 1 000W,the temperature of 40℃,ultrasound time of 70.5min,licorice powder:95% ethanol=1∶5.062.Bioautography is used to determine the antibacterial activity and the developer is toluene ∶ trichloromethane ∶ acetone=5∶5∶7,the proper culture time of 36h,stick time of 12 h.Six common kinds of germina in agriculture are selected as research object,among which fusarium fungi,fusarium,rhizoctonia and phytophthora capsici strain of the virus have significant antimicrobial effect.
