甘草黄酮对氧化损伤小鼠体内抗氧化作用的影响

摘  要:
研究甘草黄酮对酒精氧化损伤小鼠体内MDA的含量及T-SOD的活力的影响;采用每天定时定量给小鼠灌胃不同浓度的甘草黄酮来研究甘草黄酮对氧化损伤小鼠体内MDA、T-SOD活力的影响。采用健康且体重相近的60只小白鼠,平均体重18±2 g,随机分为6组,每组10只。实验全期自由饮水,在第42d,分别取血清、肝脏和脑组织。实验测定对照组和实验组的小白鼠血清中的MDA的含量和T-SOD的活性。结果表明:实验组的T-SOD的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的MDA的质量分数与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
The study was the effects of licorice flavonoids on the MDA concentration and T-SOD vitality of rats by alcohol oxidation damage. The effects of licorice flavonoids on the MDA concentration and T-SOD vitality of rats by oxidation damage were studied by using rats that were intragastric dministration with different concentrations of licorice flavonoids on timing per day. The healthy 60 rats with similar weight that is 18 ± 2 g averagely were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group were 10 rats. The rats were free drinking water during experimental period,and the serum,liver and brain tissue of the rats were collected respectively in 42 d. The MDA concentration and T-SOD vitality of the serum were determined in both of the control group and experimental group. The results show that T-SOD vitality of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05),the mass fraction of MDA of the experimental group was significant difference compared with control group( P < 0. 05).
