北细辛(Asarum heterotropoides)营养器官的形态结构及其挥发油的组织化学定位

摘  要：
以东北地区道地中草药北细辛为材料,利用石蜡切片技术研究了营养器官的形态结构,同时以苏丹Ⅲ溶液对其药用成分挥发油进行组织化学定位。结果表明,北细辛无地上茎,单叶丛生,叶柄较长。地下根茎呈簇状,近直立生长。根为二、三和四原型,由表皮、皮层和中柱3部分组成;根茎有板状增厚的厚角组织,维管形成层不明显,次生结构不发达;叶片的组织分化清晰,叶柄维管束数目由近轴端到远轴端具有3-5-3的规律。挥发油主要分布在根茎的皮层、髓及根的皮层中。

摘  要：
This paper studied morphological characteristic,anatomic structure of Herba Asari nutritive organ using paraffin section technique and histochemical localization of volatile oil.The results were as followings: aerial parts which did not have spigeal stem had simple leaf grown thickly and long petiole;rhizome under-ground was crowd together and grown straightly approximately.Root which was diach,triarch and tetrarch was comprised of epidermis,cortex and stele.Thickening straightly collenchyma was observed in rhizome.Vascular cambium was not obvious and secondary structure was not developed.Tissue differentiation of leaf was apparent and number of petiole vascular bundle had regularity of 3-5-3 from peri-axle to apo-axle terminal.Volatile oil was mainly in cortex and pith of rhizome and cortex of root.
