北细辛提取物对二斑叶螨的毒性

摘  要:
分别采用玻片浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了北细辛不同溶剂提取物对二斑叶螨雌成螨和卵的触杀活性,采用生化方法测定了高活性提取物作用下雌成螨谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶(GSTs)和Na+,K+-ATP酶的活性。结果表明:北细辛甲醇提取物杀螨作用最强,经1 mg/ml提取物处理24 h后,雌成螨与卵的校正死亡率分别为66.5%与45.7%,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.57 mg/ml和0.88 mg/ml;1/2 LC50浓度的甲醇提取物可使雌成螨GSTs活性升高,同时抑制雌成螨Na+,K+-ATP酶的活性。说明:北细辛甲醇提取物对二斑叶螨雌成螨和卵具有触杀活性,作用机制可能与抑制Na+,K+-ATP酶的活性有关。

摘  要:
The dip-slide method and leaf residue method were applied to study the contact toxicity of Asarum heterotropoides extracts by different solvents to female adults and eggs of two-spotted mites,respectively;the biochemical methods were used to measure the glutathione S-transferase and Na+,K+-ATPase activities.The methanol extract of A.heterotropoides showed the most toxic to female adults and eggs,with the mortalities of 66.5% and 45.7% respectively at the concentration of 1 mg/ml for 24 h treatment.The median lethal concentration(LC50) of methanol extract for female adults and eggs were 0.57 mg/ml and 0.88 mg/ml respectively.The 1/2 LC50 concentration of methanol extract decreased Na+ and K+-ATPase activities but increased glutathione S-transferase activity of female adults during 24-h treatment.In conclusion,the methanol extract of A.heterotropoides showed contact toxicity to female adults and eggs of two-spotted mites,which might be associated with the inhibition of Na+ and K+-ATPase and the elevation of glutathione S-transferase.
