北细辛叶片显微结构观察

摘  要:
观察北细辛叶片、叶柄的显微结构,以揭示阴生植物北细辛的叶片特征。采用石蜡切片法对北细辛叶片横切面和叶柄横切面进行观察研究;采用扫描电镜对北细辛叶表面进行观察研究。结果发现,上、下表皮细胞厚度差异不明显,栅栏组织细胞含有叶绿体,叶绿体紧贴细胞壁,海绵组织也含有较多叶绿体;叶片下表皮的非腺毛分布多于上表皮;下表皮有蜡质层而上表皮没有;气孔轴式为环式,分布数目也是下表皮较上表皮多。叶柄解剖结构看出,叶柄横切面呈三角形,具有3个维管束鞘。北细辛叶片横切面解剖结构符合阴生植物叶片结构特点,叶表皮分布的非腺毛和蜡质层等特点是叶片对生态环境不断适应的体现,叶柄具有茎的结构特点。

摘  要:
To study the leaf characteristic of Asarum heterotrop oides Fr. Schmidt Var. mandshuricum( Maxim) kitag, which was regarded as a type of shade plant.The leaf epiderm and their anatomical features were observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope.T he results showed that there was no difference in the thickness of epidermal cells. There were palisade tissue and spongy tissue in the mesophyll and there were chloroplast distributing in the palisade and spongy tissue. Especially, there was more chloroplast in the spongy tissue. Some nonglandular hair distributed in the leaf epiderm, which was more in the lower epiderm than in the upper epiderm. There was a layer of wax iness on the lower epiderm. The stomatal types was irregular and stomatals also were more in the lower epiderm than in the upper epiderm. The shape of petiolar transaction was triangle form and there were three vascular bundles. All the characteristics of leaf microstructure above mentioned could show that Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt Var. mandshuricum( Maxim) kitag. was a type of shade plant and the leaf adapted to environment continuously.
