北细辛种子萌发过程中内源激素含量的变化

摘  要:
目的:通过对北细辛种子萌发过程中的内源激素含量和变化规律进行测定和分析,阐明4种内源激素在促进种胚发育和种子萌发过程中的作用机制,为北细辛种子保存、加速种子萌发进程等提供理论基础。方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对北细辛种子萌发过程中的赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)进行测定。结果:从新鲜种子到沙藏14 d,种子中的ABA含量呈逐渐增加趋势,从第21天开始,ABA含量呈逐渐下降。从新鲜种子到沙藏35 d,GA3、ZR含量逐渐增加而后逐渐降低,呈"抛物线"变化趋势。IAA含量变化曲线呈"波浪型",新鲜种子中的IAA含量最高,沙藏70 d后,含量降到最小值。结论:种胚发育过程伴随着赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)含量的消长,激素含量的变化影响着种胚形态发育和种子萌发。

摘  要:
objective: The studies were carried out on the endogenous phytohormone changes of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Var. mandshuricum( Maxim) kitag. seeds during the germinating in order to understand the machanism of endogenous phytohormones( GA,IAA,ZR,and ABA) in the process of embryo development and seed germinating. Methods: Dynamic changes of endogenous phytohormones of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Var.mandshuricum( Maxim) kitag. seeds were measured by ELISA method during the germinating. Results: The ABA content rose in the first two weeks then reduced. The curve of GA3and ZR content was similar to parabola. which rose the highest level at the fifth week and then declined at the tenth week. The IAA content was highest level in the fresh seed but lowest at tenth week. Conclusion: The content of endogenous phytohormones( GA,IAA,ZR,and ABA) were changed during the embryo development and seed germinating. And they were one of determining factors for embryo development and promoting germination of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Var. mandshuricum( Maxim) kitag. seeds.
