三七总皂苷含量测定方法及超声提取工艺研究

摘  要:
[目的]确定三七总皂苷含量测定方法,优化其超声提取工艺。[方法]香草醛-高氯酸法测定总皂苷的含量,正交试验优化其提取工艺。[结果]含量测定检测波长为560nm。人参皂苷Rg1在0.0083-0.0496mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.3%(n=4),RSD=3.4%。最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间50min,温度40℃,料液比为1∶12,提取2次。[结论]含量测定方法简便、准确、重现性好;提取工艺经济、合理,值得进一步推广。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the methods of the content determination and transonic extraction process of total saponins of panax notognseng(PNS). [Methods] The content of saponins was determined by the methods of vanillin-perchloric acid and the optimum extraction process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design. [Result] The detective wavelength of PNS was 560 nm and the linearity of panax saponin Rg1 was obtained at the range of 0.008 3-0.049 6 mg/ml(r=0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 3.4% (n=4) respectively. The optimum transonic extraction conditions were transonic extracted times of 50 minutes each time, temperature of 40 ℃ and solid -liquid ratio of 1∶12. [Conclusion] The method of content determination was simple, feasible, highly accurate and precise. The extraction process was economical and reasonable, deserved popularizing all the more.
