利用大孔树脂吸附法分离纯化三七总皂苷的工艺研究

摘  要:
研究了大孔树脂吸附法分离纯化三七总皂苷的工艺,利用3种不同类型的树脂对三七总皂苷的静态吸附-洗脱性能的效果进行了试验,确定选用洗脱率高达89.5%的D101型树脂。再根据选用的D101型树脂对洗脱溶媒的选择、吸附容量的确定、洗脱溶媒的用量等纯化工艺条件参数进行了研究和验证试验,最后确定了最佳工艺条件。

摘  要:
Three types of resin were used to test the static absorption—effect of elution,and the results showed that D101 has the highest eluted ratio of 89.5%.The technical parameters of PNS with D101 macroporous resin were studied by verifying quantities of eluent and adsorbance etc.This technique provides optimum conditions for the separation and purification of PNS.
