超声波辅助提取三七皂苷的工艺优化

摘  要:
采用超声波辅助法提取三七总皂苷,通过单因素试验和正交分析,得到最佳工艺条件,并确定最优组合。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:超声时间3 h,乙醇浓度75%,料液比1∶20;此条件下三七总皂苷的提取率为11.68%。

摘  要:
In this paper, ultrasonic-assistant method was used to extract Panax Notoginseng Sapnins, by the means of single factor experiment and orthogonal analysis the optimum process conditions was received and the optimal combination was definite. Results showed the optimum process conditions: ultrasonic time was 3 h, ethanol concentration was 75%, feed liquid ratio was 1 ∶20, under these conditions Panax Notoginseng Saponins extraction rate was 11.68%.
