燕窝对正常小鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘  要:
观察燕窝对正常小鼠肠道菌群的影响,评价其对肠道微生态调节的作用。昆明种小鼠40只,分成4组,即正常对照组,燕窝高、中、低剂量组。灌胃给药28d后,选用厌氧及需氧菌选择性培养基测定盲肠内容物标本中代表性菌种肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌、拟杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量。与空白对照组相比,燕窝各剂量组小鼠肠道肠杆菌含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);燕窝高剂量组产气荚膜梭菌含量显著下降(P<0.05);燕窝中、高剂量组肠球菌含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);燕窝中、高剂量组小鼠拟杆菌含量显著增加(P<0.05);燕窝高剂量组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量显著上升(P<0.05)。说明燕窝可通过扶植肠道有益菌、抑制有害菌来调节小鼠肠道菌群。

摘  要:
To observe the effect of edible bird′s nest(EBN)on the intestinal flora of normal mice,40 KM mice were divided into four groups,the normal control group,high-dose EBN group,middle-dose EBN group,low-dose EBN group.The contents of representative bacteria in cecum contents were determined by selective culture media of anaerobe and aerobe:Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Clostridium perfringens,bacteroid,enteric Bifidobacteriumand Lactobacillus.We analyzed the intestinal flora at 28d of the cecum contents in each group.Compared with the control group,the contents of Escherichia coli(P<0.01or P<0.05)and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.05)in EBN group were significantly decreased.The contents of enterococci in EBN group with medium and high dose were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);while the amount of enteric Bifidobacteriumand Lactobacillus increased in EBN group with high dose(P<0.05);the amount of bacteroid increased in middle and high-dose groups also increased(P<0.05).Conclusion EBN has a regulative effect to promote the proliferation of probiotic bacteria and inhibite the increase of pernicious bacteria
