碱法分离板栗壳木质素的研究

摘  要:
研究了碱法分离板栗壳木质素的工艺条件。板栗壳粉碎后,用甲苯-醇(V/V=21∶)浸提,烘干之后用NaOH水溶液(10 g.L-1)在70℃浸泡3 h,液(mL)固(g)比为401∶;用盐酸溶液调节滤液的pH值至3,室温下静置30 min,使粗木质素沉降下来;粗木质素用二氧六环提纯,得到棕褐色的纯木质素固体产品。并对木质素进行了红外和紫外光谱分析。

摘  要:
Technical conditions of isolating lignin from chestnut shell were studied.Chestnut shell was comminuted first,and then extracted by toluene-alcohol(v/v=2∶1).The dried shell was treated by NaOH aqueous solution(ρ=10g/L) at 70 ℃ for 30 min with the liquid and solid ratio of 40∶1(mL·g-1).The pH value of the filtrate was adjusted to 3 with HCl aqueous solution,and at room temperature the crude lignin could be deposited after 30 min.The crude lignin was purified by dioxane,and kind of chocolate brown solid product was produced and characterized by IR and UV spectrum.
