邻二氮菲分光光度法测定婴幼儿米粉中铁含量

摘  要:
目的:检测市售多种品牌婴幼儿米粉中的铁含量。方法:用硝酸与高氯酸混合消化液处理样品,采用邻二氮菲分光光度法直接测定米粉中铁含量。结果:该法铁浓度在0.12—1.60μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r>0.999,精密度为2.4%—6.9%,回收率为93.1%—105.6%;6种品牌婴幼儿米粉中铁含量在4.31—7.35mg/100g之间。结论:用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定米粉中铁含量的方法简便、快速、准确;6种米粉中有1种铁含量在其营养标签示值范围内,5种则略高于其标示值。

摘  要:
ObjectiveTo assay the iron content of infant rice flours in several brands of infant rice flours on the market.Method Samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4,then measured the iron content by Orthophenanthroline Spectrophotometry. Result The working curve of iron had a good linear correlation in the range from 0. 12—1. 60μg /mL,correlation coefficient r > 0. 999,rate of recovery was 93. 1% —105. 6%,RSD was 2. 4% —6. 9%. The iron content in the six kinds of infant rice flours were between 4. 31 mg /100 g and 7. 35 mg /100 g. Conclusion The method was simple,fast and accuracy. Among the six kinds of samples,there was only one has the iron content that was consistent with the nutrition labels,the other five were higher than they were marked.
