邻二氮菲分光光度法测定枸杞中铁的提取率

摘  要:
本文用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定以不同溶剂作提取剂对枸杞中铁的提取率的影响。摸索了显色剂浓度、显色时间、显色酸度对显色的影响。检测波长510nm,0.2μg/ml~2.0μg/ml浓度范围内符合郎伯-比耳定律,线性回归方程为A=0.3098C(μg/ml)-0.0037,相关系数R=0.9997。方法回收率为96.5%~103.1%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~2.5%。实验结果表明,分别以水、不同浓度乙醇、不同浓度盐酸作提取剂,灰化后再用水提取铁的提取率最高,达到62.34%,直接用酸、水、乙醇作溶剂,提取率依次降低。

摘  要:
The extracting rate of iron with different extraction reagent in Barbary Wolfberry Fruit were studied by 1,10-Phenanthroline-Spectrophotometry.The effect of acidity,time and concentration of 1,10-Phenanthroline were also studied.Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0.2-2.0μg/mL at 510 nm,the linear regression equation is A =0.3098C(μg/mL)-0.0037,the correlation coefficient is 0.9997,the recovery is of 96.5%-103.1% and relative standard deviations are 0.8%-2.5%,respectively.Several extraction reagents such as water,alcohol,and hydrochloric acid were used and the maximum extracting rate(62.34%)could be obtained if Barbary Wolfberry Fruit was processed by water extraction after ashed while it decreased by hydrochloric acid,water,alcohol extraction respectively.
