丢糟中微量成分提取方法的研究

摘  要:
采用CO2超临界萃取法和酒精热浸提法提取丢糟中的微量成分,通过气相色谱分析其主要酯类物质的含量,结果表明:(1)两种方法均未能提取丢糟的乙酸乙酯;(2)CO2超临界萃取法提取了丢糟的乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯和戊酸乙酯4种乙酯,而酒精热浸提法只有乳酸乙酯和戊酸乙酯2种乙酯,且后者乳酸乙酯的含量275.92855mg/100g远远大于前者的11.89551mg/100g。因此,就提取丢糟中主要酯类成分的效果来看,CO2超临界萃取法优于酒精热浸提法。

摘  要:
Two methods including supercritical fluid extraction (CO2-SFE) method and 60% alcohol heat extraction method were used to extract trace components. The contents of main component in the extract were determined by gas chromatography (GC). The results showed that: (1) Ethyl acetate can not be extracted by the two methods; (2)Four kinds of ester including ethyl lactate, ethyl caproate, ethyl butyrate and ethyl valproate can be extracted by CO2-SFE, but only two kinds of esters including ethyl lactate and ethyl valproate can be abstracted by 60% alcohol heat extraction, with the ethyl lactate content about 275. 92855mg/100g much higher than 11.89551mg/100g extracted by CO2-SFE. Based on the above results, it is suggested that the CO2- SFE method is better than heat extraction method.
