井冈霉素在大米及稻壳中的残留研究

摘  要:
研究并建立了井冈霉素A在大米和稻壳中的残留分析方法。样品经溶剂提取,C18固相萃取小柱净化后,用液相色谱检测。样品前处理过程简单,方法准确可靠,灵敏度和准确度达到了农药残留检测的要求。井冈霉素A标准曲线的线性范围为0.8~80 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 9。井冈霉素A在上述样品中的平均添加回收率(0.2~2 mg/kg)在80.08%~87.66%之间,变异系数最大为13.58%。

摘  要:
The liquid chromatographic method was described for the determination of validamycin A in rice and rice husks.The residues of validamycin A were extracted with solvent,followed by purification with SPE-C18,and utilizing HPLC to quantify the extract.The results showed that the recoveries of the method were 80.08%-87.66% with RSD being 8.26%-13.58%,the linear range of working curve were 0.8-80 mg·L-1,and the linear correlation was 0.999 9.
