摘  要:
在酸性介质中催化水解井冈霉素制备井冈羟胺A,收率69%。产物的化学结构经IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR和1H-1HCOSY确认,证实与日本武田公司的井冈羟胺A结构相同。

摘  要:
Validoxylamine A was prepared by catalytic hydrolysis of jinggangmycin in acidic medium with a yield of 69£$.Chemical structure of the compound was confirmed by IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,and 1H-1HCOSY spectra,and was shown to be identical to the structure of the validoxylamine A produced by Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Japan.
