亚临界萃取小麦胚芽油工艺研究

摘  要:
以液化丙烷为溶剂,对亚临界萃取小麦胚芽油的工艺进行了优化,并开展了中试放大研究。采用单因素试验和正交试验研究对亚临界萃取的料液比、萃取温度和萃取时间进行了优化,确定最佳工艺参数为萃取时间65min、料液比1∶8、萃取温度45℃,出油率为88.68%。在萃取工艺优化的基础上,设计了适合工业化生产的三级罐组逆流萃取工艺,每罐萃取20min,温度45℃,以1∶1.5的料液比逆流萃取,小麦胚芽油的出油率为90.7%,每个萃取周期的溶剂用量仅为物料的1.5倍,与小试工艺料液比1∶8相比,每个萃取周期减少80%的溶剂用量,极大地降低了混合油脱溶的能耗。

摘  要:
The extracting process optimization of oil from wheat germ using sub-critical extraction and scale-up process were studied. The extraction process was optimized via single-factor test and orthogonal array experimental design. The optimum extraction parameters of the sub-critical extraction were extraction time 65 min,solid-solvent ratio 1∶1. 5( g / m L) and extraction temperature 45 ℃. Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of wheat germ oil could reach 88. 68%. Based on the above extraction process optimization,the process for industrial scale of three grades countercurrent extraction by tank group was executed. Using this process,the extraction rate of wheat germ oil reached 90. 7% while the amount of solvent for extraction was only 1. 5 times of the weight of wheat germ.
