不同材质栽培袋和封口方式对秀珍菇生长、产量的影响

摘  要:
以秀珍菇(Pleurotus pulmonarius)品种杭秀1号为试验材料,采用高压灭菌方式,分别使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯2种材质栽培袋,采用套环、尼龙绳+刺孔、尼龙绳、尼龙绳+压头4种封口方式进行秀珍菇栽培试验,研究了不同材质栽培袋和封口方式对秀珍菇菌丝生长、产量和菌袋破损情况的影响.结果表明,采用聚乙烯栽培袋,尼龙绳+刺孔的封口方式秀珍菇表现最佳,其菌丝生长健壮,生长速度达0.59 cm·d-1,破袋率为0,满袋时间为39 d,原基发生时间为40 d,生物学效率达69.1%,显著高于其他处理.因此,在高压灭菌条件下,聚乙烯栽培袋和尼龙绳+刺口的封口方式比较适宜用于秀珍菇栽培.

The strain Hangxiu 1 of Pleurotus pulmonarius was used as the experimental material. The cultivation experiment of P. pulmonarius was carried out by using polyethylene and polypropylene cultivation bags, as well as the sealing methods of lantern ring, nylon cord and acanthopore, nylon, nylon and pressure head, respectively. The effects of different material cultivation bags and sealing methods on mycelium growth, yield and bag breakage of P. pulmonarius were studied in this paper. The results showed that using polyethylene cultivation bag and the sealing method of nylon cord and acanthopore, P. pulmonarius showed the best performance, and its mycelium was strong, the growth rate was 0.59 cm·d-1, no bag was broken, the bag filling time was 39 days, the primordium formation time was 40 days, and the biological efficiency was 69.1%, which was significantly higher than that of other treatments. Therefore, under the condition of autoclaved sterilization, the polyethylene cultivation bag and the sealing method of nylon cord and acanthopore were the most optimum cultivation way for P. pulmonarius.
