银染法对荞麦等6种粮食作物种子蛋白亚基指纹研究

摘  要:
利用SDS-PAGE和银染检测技术,对我国苦荞、甜荞、小麦、玉米、糯稻米、籼稻米等6种常见粮食粉的种子蛋白亚基进行比较研究,为其鉴别提供经济、快捷、有效的方法。结果发现:甜荞品种间种子蛋白亚基丰富,并显示高度变异性;苦荞种子蛋白质亚基不如甜荞丰富,各品种蛋白亚基变异性不高;荞麦在种子蛋白亚基指纹上与小麦、玉米、糯稻米、籼稻米等粮食粉均有显著差异,可以作为不同粮食作物种子粉鉴别的依据。

摘  要:
The seed protein subunits of 6 food crops involved common buckwheat,tartary buckwheat,wheat,maize and rice were studied to establish fingerprints to identify each other on SDS-PAGE and silver staining.The result showed that the seed protein subunits bands of common buckwheat were richer,and different from other seed protein subunits among accessions of common buckwheat.For tartary buckwheat there were some differences on protein subunits within the same buckwheat species,but much less than those among common buckwheat.There were obvious differences on seed protein subunits of 6 food crops,which were useful on identification of species or special varieties.
