氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中总砷

摘  要:
采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定饲料中总砷。该方法的线性范围为0.0~80.0μg/L,相关系数r=0.9998。相对标准偏差为1.13%(n=7,1μg/L),检出限为0.112ng/mL,回收率为99.1%~99.8%。与国标法实验对比,两种方法分析结果的相对偏差≤20%,在国家标准允许偏差范围内。该方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、操作简便、快捷等特点。

摘  要:
Using atomic fluorescent spectrum to determine the content of the total arsenic in feed,linearity range of the method is 0.0~80.0 μg/L,r=0.9998?The relative standard deviation is 1.13 %(n=7,1 μg/L) ,the limit of the test is 0.112 ng/mL,and the reclaim rate is between 99.1 % and 99.8 %.Compared with the national standard experiment method,the relative deviation between the two results is less than 20 %,which is under the national standard deviation?This method is specialized in high delicacy,low limit in the test and also easy to be operated?
