摘  要:
螺旋藻苦荞馍片是以标准小麦粉、苦荞面粉和螺旋藻粉为主要原料,经发酵、烘烤等工艺加工而成。螺旋藻苦荞馍片富含螺旋藻蛋白质、螺旋藻多糖、苦荞粗纤维等生物活性物质,营养价值高、保健效果好,并且具有减肥功能。无论外观还是风味,都比传统馍片的有所突破。

New sliced Chinese bread fortified with Spirulina and buckwheat was manufactured of mixture of Spirulina powder,buckwheat powder and wheat flour,after the production technology of fermentation,baking etc. This kind of food is full of biological active substance,such as Spirulina polysaccharid,Spirulina protein,buckwheat cellulose etc. It is not only nutritious and good for people’s health,but also has the function of slimming. Both the appearance and the taste of this food are superior to the traditional.
