β-catenin和E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中的表达和意义

摘  要：
为探讨β-catenin和E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中表达情况和临床意义。采用免疫组化SP三步法检测β-cate-nin和E-cadherin在69例子宫内膜癌组织和10例正常子宫内膜组织的表达情况。结果显示:β-catenin和E-cad-herin在子宫内膜癌组织的阳性表达率分别为46%(32/69);33%(23/69),明显低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05),β-catenin的表达与组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与组织学分级,肌层浸润呈负相关(P<0.05)。由此可知,β-catenin和E-cadherin的表达下调可能在子宫内膜癌的发生,转移过程中具有重要的作用,联合检测β-catenin和E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中的表达可从多方面了解子宫内膜癌的恶性程度。

摘  要：
To analyze the expression and the clinical signifcance of β-catenin and E-cadherin protein in endometrial carcinoma.lmmunohistochemical SP 3 pace analysis was used to detect the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin in 69 endometrial carcinoma tissues and 10 normal Endometria tissues.The results showed that the positiuty rates of β-catenin and E-cadherin in endometrial carcinoma were 46%(32/69),33%(23/69) respectively,which were significantly lower than those in normal Endometria tissues(P<0.05),The positiuty rates of β-catenin were negatively correlated with tumor grade in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05),and the positiuty rates of E-cadherin were negatively correlated with tumor grade﹑mymetrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).The low expression rates of β-catenin and E-cadherin may play important roles in caicingenesis and shifting in endometrial carcinoma.investigating both expression conditions may help to understand and evaluate the magligant condition of endometrial carcinoma.
